this weekend was simply wonderful. i am so blessed to be surrounded by such incredible people in the most beautiful place on earth. i don't know how i got so lucky. i live in a dream world, an absolute dream world.
i have no classes on friday so the day was already set up to be a good one. we played at temple beach for a while and then a bunch of us decided to jump the point. i love daring and dangerous events but most everyone probably knows i will debate over whether or not i should participate in these events for quite a while. i was super impressed with myself because the moment i stood on top of the point to jump, i bailed. didn't think twice. it was pretty tight and i felt pretty hardcore. that night was one for the records, we played games on the tennis courts but we were kicked off so, like usual, we then headed to foodland...bet you didn't expect that. but, after sitting at foodland for a good amount of time we decided to do a night swim at pounders. it was sooo sick. the moon was full and it was so fun to be with everyone.
saturday we hit up keiki's which was a blast. the water was the bluest i have ever seen it and the waves were huge. we skin boarded, played football, listened to music, swam, whale watched and talked. it was a solid beach sesh for sure. after that, we headed to surfin' taco's and on the way there, i had one of the sickest missionary experiences of my life (watch the video). i was in tears i had felt the spirit so strong. we finished the night with the movie tangled and games in the hale two lounge.
this past week i have become friends with some of the coolest girls on campus and i am so thankful for the way they have welcomed me into their group.
i am absolutely content with life right now and i don't know how it could get any better.
