let the monsters see us smile

last night was perfect.  we had some new friends over to our house- bobby and his friend jeff.  i didn't know what to expect.  i hardly knew bobby and jeff, i didn't know at all.  our house isn't anything special and we didn't have much on the agenda.  we ended up playing games on the porch with isaac and manasseh: crack the coconut and jog in a pool.  we were all laughing our heads off.  kaylyn's new name is coconut, lauren is now the pineapple princess, and jeff was dubbed the walrus.  i really am in love with those two boys.  i get such a kick out of their smiles, their laughs, the way they interact with each other.  after hide and seek and sending the boys to bed, we made no-bake cookies and jammed on the guitar.  kaylyn is so talented, so is bobby.  i am so blessed to be surrounded my good people.  people who make me want to be better, kinder, more patient, more accepting, and true to my self.
